Draw Manager Demo
We made a mini demo of our well-renowned draw manager for the many questions we’ve been receiving about Rodeo Results. This demo will show you what the hype is about from the producers we’ve been getting feedback from.
What you are about to see is the heart of Rodeo Results. Watch below:
A running list of draw manager fun facts:
With our draw manager, there’s never a point of no return, meaning you can make any change at any time. Whether before, during, or after an event, you can do anything you want when you want.
For example, you can take entries via the mobile app entry system while the race is underway.Filter hundreds of entries by typing a name into the search field. This will filter the draw for who you’re looking for, and you can then make changes you want. (horse change, rider change, class addon, etc)
If utilizing the mobile app entry system, click the “Randomize” draw button to create a random draw.
Our randomizer does two things:
1. Creates as much spacing as possible for riders with multiple entries.
2. Keeps the order in which riders enter their horses fixed. The order a rider enters their horses will always be the order they run.Check a box to specify rollover and carryovers. If using the mobile app entry system, riders specify rollovers. (you don’t have to do anything in this case)
You can easily change a rider’s draw number when needed by inputting a number in the draw number field and pressing “enter” on your keyboard.
Riders don’t need the app to participate. Easily enter registered mobile app users for automatic stat tracking or non-users for people who don’t care about the mobile app or stats.
Our draw manager allows you to select horses directly from our registry as you type. This ensures there are no misspellings, duplicates, typos, etc.
This is why our horse stats are so accurate. Our registry is connected directly to the draw manager, mitigating typos and duplicates. No thinking is required—the software thinks for you. When ready, post the draw to the mobile app by clicking “publish draw.” All registered mobile app users in the draw will be notified that the draw is posted.
Once the draw is posted, all changes/edits from that point are immediately broadcasted to the mobile app in real-time so all competitors know the know.
Riders receive notifications of their time(s) and of other riders they follow on the app.
Make corrections at any point in time.
Calculate results when ready.

Tip: Don’t hesitate to ask another producer using Rodeo Results to show you—our growth has been from word of mouth between producers and riders.
