Rodeo Results Surpassed 20k Users

Dear Fellow Crazies,

Throughout my 20s, I never celebrated small wins. Something about it felt naive, so I never allowed myself to.

Three weeks ago, I logged into our analytics dashboard for the first time in a long time and saw Rodeo Results hovering just above 19,000 users. The last time I checked eight months ago, we were just below 6000.

Seeing those numbers on my laptop screen caused my mind to have a factory reset, LOL. Usually, I’d never feel anything out of habit, but this was different.

In 8 months:

• Mobile App Usership has more than tripled.

• App Store reviews have increased 9x.

• Event organizer usage has increased 42% compared to last year to date.

• We’ve spent $0 on marketing - This growth is all word of mouth.

On July 4th at 2:07 pm, Rodeo Results hit 20,000 users. (people who downloaded the app and made an account). That number does not include spectators (people who have the app but not an account)

Something about all of this spoke to me. It wasn’t a “small win”.

It’s a big win that had nothing to do with me but everything to do with you. You guys did that. I felt that and smiled.

I felt this was undeniable proof that we are who we say we are and have built something great. We’ve built something people love that finally reimagines and renews Western sports.

This I say to all of you: Thank you.
